I’m glad we got to work with Chris Peaks at Crye Leike. When we reached out to him about selling our house, it did not take long until our home was on the market. He had a photographer take professional photos of the home and gave us tips on staging. We had an offer in the very first showing. His communication with us was amazing, we were informed quickly if anything was needed. The process of selling my home went smoother than I expected. He was very realistic with us about everything, so we knew what to expect at the closing table. Chris was great throughout the entire process. There were some challenges presented by the relo company and Chris offered assistance and contacts that helped us with each barrier we encountered. He's extremely knowledgeable about the area. We would not hesitate to recommend him!

Chris was fantastic to work with! He was very thorough in explaining the many processes of selling a house. Chris got us to closing on time with an excellent recommendation for getting the house repairs done. He did a great job with our house, and I would recommend him to others in the area.

Chris was fantastic. He knew his stuff and handled everything. During the process there was a major power outage in our area and since our garage wouldn’t open, and we had no key on us at the time, Chris left his office to come let us in with the key box. How many other agents would have done that?! Our experience was the easiest and most worry free part of our move. Way to go Chris and Crye-Leike!

What I liked best was Chris had a plan, I didn’t really understand it but, it worked. Before we listed our previous home for sale, Chris had us make a list and view several potential new homes. To me that was strange but actually it showed that he knew the area and how fast homes could sale. Needless to say, once our home was listed we got an offer in 1 day!! Because of Chris’s plan we were prepared. I would highly recommend Chris and appreciate his knowledge and expertise.

Chris Peaks was our associate and he was great. As first-time homebuyers, we were initially wary of the entire process. We had no idea how offers, counter-offers, repair contingencies, and closing costs worked. Chris helped us navigate everything as we came to it, which was wonderful; we didn't get overwhelmed by information BEFORE we needed it. He was very knowledgeable and up-front about what he thought each house we viewed was worth and whether or not the asking prices were in the right range. He also handled all the negotiations with the seller and his real-estate agent in a timely manner. I would recommend Crye-Leike to friends and family. I needed my home to sell quick and I needed to purchase one out of state and I was running out of time and very discouraged.
