The Ivy Trails Subdivision is located just north of Goodman Road in Olive Branch Mississippi between Davidson Road and Hamilton Circle. The subdivision was initially started in 1999 and continued to be built out through 2007.

 

There are 283 homes grouped into 4 sections, A-E. The earlier homes were built by Security Builders and a few other local builders. FaxonGillis finished building out the neighborhood.  My family and I have lived in Ivy Trails for a number of years and really enjoy the neighborhood.
